However, we are dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Resolution may include replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads or intangible items.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the magical properties of the product.
  • In cases of defective or damaged items, refunds may be issued upon inspection and approval.
